Explore San Fernando Valley

This slice of Southern California features attractions that date all the way back to the 18th century! In 260 square miles, you can find incredible hiking trails and views from the famous Mullholland Drive, which stretches nearly 20 miles through the Hollywood Hills. Universal Studios is located here, a must for movie lovers and adventure seekers. At The Walk in Beverly and Vivian you’ll be in the heart of the entertainment district with 19 cinemas in a single stretch.

Of course, shopping and dining is a way of life here, and some of the best restaurants in the world are just minutes from your Canoga Park hotel. Cruise along Ventura Boulevard and explore the many sushi restaurants of Vineland Avenue. This is where car culture really comes into play, and you may even spot a celebrity!

Something for Everyone

The mission, the dead, and the boulders might sound like a trio of superheroes, but it’s actually one of the oldest and most gorgeous parts of the Valley. Located on San Fernando Mission Boulevard, you’ll find the 17th of 21 missions, where an elaborate church still hosts special events.

Towering boulders can be found here, or you can head to the Great Wall of Los Angeles for half a mile of the biggest murals in America! In the Valley, you can find it all—especially if you search around like a local.
