Check Out Dane County Farmer’s Market By This Madison, WI Hotel

The Dane County Farmer’s Market is a Madison Tradition and close to your Madison Best Western hotel. Open Saturdays and Wednesdays, this is where the region’s freshest local flowers, vegetables, cheeses, and meats can be found. With over 300 vendors and 160 guests attending each market event, only the best of the best Wisconsin products are featured here.

It’s the biggest producer-only market in the US, and there’s a strict no re-sale policy—which means you get to meet the makers and farmers. Currently, there’s a five-year waitlist to sell at the market, a reflection of how popular and competitive this year-round event is. Conveniently located at the State Capitol Building, you’ll find the market on the 200th block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
